4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver products within India. Delivery timelines vary based on location and product availability.
Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or government restrictions.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Certain products (customized décor, perishable items, event bookings) are non-returnable.
Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
